Finally the sun’s out – it must be time to do some light summer cooking. Hurrah!!
I have two sessions penciled for the next few weeks and I would be delighted if you wanted to join either one. And if you can’t but you know someone who might want to, do pass it on (but only if they’re nice!!)
Super simple Summer Suppers.
Nothing takes longer than 20 minutes, but the dishes are full of colour and flavour. Full of easy transferable skills Beautifully simple dishes that pack real flavour– roast halibut with a pesto crust, steamed seabass with ginger and spring onion, poached chicken with fresh tomato and honey, simple stirfries, Moules Marinieres and Artichoke with a vinaigrette a l’oeuf
Eye watering Oriental
Fun and summery, but not for the faint chilli-hearted. Green papaya salad, Pad Thai, Weeping Tiger Beef salad, Chinese Sweet and Sour Peanuts, Vietnamese summer wraps. If there’s time we’ll do a little black pepper tofu as well.
Normal Ts and Cs apply.
