Q. How much does a cooking class cost?
A If you book a place on a class that I have scheduled, the cost is usually £60 per head. Depending on the course, the session may be cheaper if booking all the spaces available (minimum 5)
Q. Do I have to have any experience?
A. No. Courses are good for complete beginners as well as people who have a fair amount of experience.
Q. Do I need to bring anything with me?
A. No. There are aprons, knives and chopping boards here.
Q. I like the idea of this but I don't really want to make a fool of myself cooking....
A. Everyone is welcome to join in and have a go at everything we're doing. Having said that, many people prefer to sit and chatter rather than cook. Nobody has to do anything they don't want to do.
Q. What time are the courses
A. Usually 10am till 2pm, though because they're held at my home, I am able to be very flexible
Q. Can I have the recipes afterwards?
A. Of course Everyone is given recipes and I encourage lots of note taking. If you lose the sheets or they get too mucky to use, I'm very happy to email them.
