I can't believe we are approaching Christmas. The year seems to have whizzed past, but there we are.
There are edible Christmas present classes available for adults before the end of the school term and for children afterwards. Let me know if you are interested and I will put appropriate classes together.

They come in gorgeous hessian bags and the are completely eatable and recyclable. There is no plastic packaging at all and because I don't use preservatives in my cooking, everything is, to a certain extent perishable. Please see the list for details.
The most popular things to come out of the Mashed and Smashed kitchen in December are mince pies. The mince meat is made and ready to go - just give me the call and I will be at it.
